Journal 24: The Model

What do you think about Shay's description of a model? Shay and Tally have a skewed view of our time, but what have they got right?

    i like it i think Shay is basically right !! they have basically said that they starve themselves, which most of the time they do and they try to put some people down, intentionally or not, they are mostly prettier then most normal people.

    Shay is giving a very good description of a model of our time. Yes our models can have eeating disorders. There are only a few pretty people in our world and most of them are profession kind of pretties.

    THey got it right thet she was pretty but too skinny and too much makeup. I guess it would be a wierd concept for them to grasp.

    Shays discripion of a model is a ugly that starves herself and are famous for being a little bit prettier that everyone else.

    I think that Shay's description of a model is correct.They know that in our society everybody strives to be skinny. That part they have right about us.

    Shay's desrciption of a model is a skinny ugly who starves herself and doesn't eat much. They are thinking and they actually are the two prettiest uglies (even though uglies aren't pretty)

    I think Shay's desrciption is right. The one thing they got right is that most modles have eating dissorders.

    I think Shay's description is right. A lot of models starve them selves so they will look what they think is pretty. Personally I don't think anerexic people are pretty but that's just me.

    I think shays description of a model is mostly right. They do eat less to look better but sometimes they are naturally skinny.

    I think that Shay's description of a model is correct. Shay believes that the models in our time starve themselves and have many eating disorders. She thinks that models are uglies but they're prettier than other uglies and make others feel bad about themselves. I think that's why shay doesn't want to become a pretty because if other people are happy about they way they look without the operation then she can do the same.

    Shay is both right and wrong. While many model should practice better health habits, some do it right.

    Yeah. Shay's description is pretty correctly detialed. But the only thing is, like what Josh said, out models are ussually naturaly pretty.
