Journal Entry # 40: The Oil Plague

When David and Tally talk about The Rusties, how does it make you feel? Do you think the things they talk about could actually happen? Why? Have some of those things already happened? Which ones?

    i like the fact that it seems that there is more than just the smoke and the pretties and i think that Tally likes it too !!!!

    When they talk about the Rusties it makes me feel dumb and violent. Knowing our society this stuff could probaly really happen. Some of those things have already started to take place. Like pollution and war.

    When they talk abou the rusties it makes me feel weird b/c they were us. I think some things that they talk about might happen. Some things did happen like war.

    I dont think it will end up that bad for us is not like we are destructive morons. We have destroyed a lot but not a significant amount to hurt us a lot.

    Yes I think that eventually with all thats going on in the U.S. we will end up like this. I know that this sounds all scary but you never know all this might end up happening, like in the time of war and the economic crisis, and all the pollution that we are putting on the Earth on which we stand

    When David and Tally start talking about the rusties it makes me feel like we are apart of a non-educated society. I don't think that every thing that happened to the rusties will happen to us. But other things have occured. For an example. There is war, global warming and economical issues. To stop acting like the rusties we need to end these problems.

    Well people could only go so far. I beleive (superstition) that something bad is going to happen. Only as big as this problem.

    When David and Tally talk about the rusties it makes me feel really dumb. I think a problem that wiped out the rusties might happen to us. We are dealing with a bad economy, poverty, global warming, war, and crime. I think it will eventually happen.

    It makes me feel like there is no hope or we will go into a dark age of sadness and lack of resources. It also is already happening and we need to stop it immediately.

    When David and Tally are talking about the Rusties it makes me feel down and dumb person. If what is going on right now keeps on, then our society will probably end up like Tally and David are describing it. People are making the world worse by litering and wasting. In some places on earth that has happened before. Like when you are driving down the interstate you can see burnt down forest spots where importantly no animals can live at all. You can also see trash, cigarattes, etc. on th side of the road while you are riding. Remember, that hurts the earth really bad.

    When David and Tally talk about the rustiesit makes me a little woried because I think that our society will turn out to be like that if we do not take care of our enviornment and every othe neccesity that we have. We have already burnt down and desroyed animal's homes.

    I think what they are saying is true and false dependending on who you ask. But a thing that causes that much destruction in that way is very impossable,mostly
